1.	Rate per room, daily, breakfast included.
2.	Service Tax is not charged.
3.	Tourism Tax - R$1,20 p/ room, each day - optional payment.
4.	Rooms with air-conditioning, cable TV, dvd player, telephone, mini refrigerator, cold floor, private bathroom with central water heating, articulated mirrors and retractable clothes line.
5.	Daily rates begin and end at 12:00h.
6.	Special prices for groups and incentives supplied upon request.
7.	Rates are valid till December 31/09.
8.	Form of payment - cash, credit cards (Visa, Dinners, MasterCard and Amex), bank deposit, invoicing (legal entity) and exchanges.
